Mapon, a fast-growing telematics and fleet management company, is looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to join our team in Lund. 🔍 Your role
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the key link between our clients and our technology. Your mission is to provide high-quality support across multiple channels, manage client-related logistics, and ensure smooth communication and satisfaction.
✅ Responsibilities
Provide first-line customer support in Swedish and English by phone, email and live chat
Solve problem requests and escalate when needed
Train and consult clients on system use
Manage customer data in internal systems
Coordinate local device orders and warehouse processes
Assist with device installation planning and support technicians remotely
Monitor and improve Mapon systems based on customer feedback
Stay updated on product changes and services
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service guidelines
Support colleagues during absences and perform additional tasks when required
👤 Ideal candidate
Fluent in Swedish and English(spoken and written)
Experience in customer support or call center roles (preferably in IT, logistics, or SaaS)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High computer literacy
Bachelor’s degree or higher
